I offer Mindful Group Therapy services for adolescents and adults between the ages of 15 to 65. My therapy approach is rooted in Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT), Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), and Dialectical Behavioral Therapy (DBT). I specialize in working with individuals who struggle with anxiety, attachment issues, depression, developmental disorders, divorce, domestic abuse, existential concerns, family trauma, grief and loss, intimacy issues, LGBTQ+ individuals, life transitions, motivational interviewing, post-traumatic stress disorder (PTSD), relationships, sexual abuse, spiritual trauma, spirituality, suicidal ideation, trauma, trauma-focused CBT, and women's issues.
